you can introduce semi solid diet. begin with daal water or rice water,if both suit the baby separately you can make khichri, after a week .gradually thicken the consistency of the food that is served to your baby. Make sure to introduce one dish at a time and try it for 3 to 4 days for baby to develop its taste .do not add salt or sugar to the food that is served to you baby. Also begin with one dish a day ,then make it two and finally by 8 months you can give 3 main course meals,2 snacks and Breastfeed in between meals. You can also give fruits ans vegetables purees. Introduce grain after 7 months say suji kheer, daliya, rice kheer etc cooked in formula milk.

Since baby is just being introduced to semi solid diet, you need to go slow .begin with a few spoons only and gradually increase the serving size. Do not force feed. You can give pureed potato, sweet potato, sago water, pureed banana, pumpkin, carrot etc .please remember to introduce dishes one by one. try a dish for 3-4 days to make sure it suits your baby.

Do not introduce eggs before your baby is 10 months old. Also avoid giving oats before your baby is 1 year old. Carrot is rich in vitamin A. Here is a blog you might find useful. Blogs- https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/starting-solid-food-recipes-for-6-12-months-old-baby/170
