mera son 3. 6 yr ka h. uski school timing 9 am to 1 pm h. school mai snacks bi thoda hi khata h. morning mai kis type ka breakfast use de taaki school mai uska engry level bna rhe. kya 1 glass milk wid 2 almond is sufficient h school jaane she phle.

Give him something solid in morning, if you can. Like oats, chills, idli, small paneer paratha,cheese paratha etc. in tiffin try to give health food preferably paratha, Dosa etc.

hi Divya Gupta ! aap cereals de saktey hai raisins, banana and milk ke saath, ya aap daliya , prantha Bhi de skate hai. aap school ke small slice of fruits de sakte hai for mid day and lunch mai omelette with bread, pancake, dosa, uttapam, idli etc de skatey hai.
