can anyone provide me the diet chart for my daughter 2 years 8 months old ...it will be vry helpful for me.

Hi Dear Toddlers are very choosy to eat.. my daughter is 2 yr 3 months old and I always try new things sometimes she eats properly and sometimes don't.. having some breakfast n meals Idea .. Breakfasts.. 1.Stuff Paratha.. Potato.. Onion.. Palak.. Cheese.. cabbage.. any vegetables she likes.. 2. Vegetable Poha.. pea.. potatoes.. Tomato.. 3. Vegtable Upma.. 4. Milk and Dalia.. 5. Pasta.. wheat ..vegiee and cheese 6. Suji.. atta.. Beasan Halwa.. carrot 7. Besan chila.. Lunch.. Roti Sabjee.. green veggies.. Dahi.. or Rice daal green veggies.. or vegitable.. Khichdi.. Vegitable Daliya.. curd rice.. Puri.. Sabjee.. ( once a week).. Dinner.. Vegitable rice ..Rayta ..or above lunch option can b use.. Dinner should b light.. n easy to digest.. milk twice ..n fruits must.. daily
