my baby girl is 2. 4 yrs uska hemeoglobin 6. 5 hai problem ye hai she doesn't eat anything sab mujhe jabardasti khilana padta hai even fruits. milk n milk products she doesn't like at all now I want plz mujhe kuch aisa gharelu nuskha or homeopathic medicine bataye jissey usko bhuk lage n she gets started eating atleast tge essential items uske liye iron is must bt how to give her

ya... moms l get frustrated many a times ..esp if they don't eat ...med is available in ayurvedic medical shops..

Thanks to both of you problem is this she likes nothing to eat when i make sweet dishes she doesn't eat then i make salty then also she doesn't eat no counts how manny times a day different dishes are made just for her now i am fed ghar ka bhi kaam karo bacha bhi dekho so bs ussey bhuk lage so that i hope she will get agree to eat atleast something i take her in park by cycle n all bla bla bla you moms can better understand

hi... ya.. her HB is low.. first u have to increase her appetite.. hope u have dewormed her.. if not do it as soon as possible.. to increase her appetite give her 1 spoon of ginger juice with 2drops of honey n pinch of salt daily half n hour before food.. or u can give her syrup panchakolasavam(kottakal)2ml with 5ml water twice daily after food. its an ayurvedic medicine ...this will increase her appetite ..try to reduce too much of sweets or chocolates or any junk foods if she s having those.. give her foods that increase HB like dates raisins nuts green vegetables beets jaggery ragi pomegranate sapota banana.. and one citrus fruit(like orange or mosambi or lemon)to aid iron absorption ..don't give milk or milk products with iron rich foods as calcium hinders iron absorption.. try these n c for 3 months. else she may need medications...

hi Kriti Singh! I would request fellowparents to share with u home made nuskha for increasing appetite. it's advisable to make meal time Happy fun time . child's mood is directly linked to her appetite. if a child is cheerful her acceptance of food would be more. discuss her favorite topics while she is having meals. avoid force feeding or scolding her as she would get further averse to food . hope this helps!
