plz suggest me a good one diet chart for my 4 years and 3 months old son.. I want to give him some nutritious and health diet from which I can build up his weight also..

hi shreya jani! u can begin his day with oats in whole milk, mid day fruits like apple, pear , banana etc. lunch u could give paneer burji with parantha. at home around 1. pm. u could give rice, dal, non veg, curd, etc.. in the evening u could give one cup milk. in evening snacks u could give poha or upma or seviyan with loads of finely chopped veggies. serve dal,roti, raita , egg curry in dinner.
