Can anyone please suggest a proper balanced diet routine for a 26 months old girl

hi ria laddoo recipe s very simple choose ur choice of grains or cereals like green moong allow it to sprout n then add bit ghee n fry the sprouted moong at low flame once the raw smell is gone add palm jaggery or palm sugar dont go for that orange jaggery n stir n low flame when u see tht u get a consistency to make ladoo add elaichi n ghee n make ladoos if u want u can add nuts too n roll it with dry coconut flakes similarly u can try with raggi , jowar mix n same procedure u can try with all tyoe of pulses the red one white one it get good taste when its sprouted

hi purbasha as it really tough task for us to feed our babies veggies, eggs, fish ,cereals and fruits big list na .. wht I do is I made mixed cereals ladoos I dont add sugar I go for palm jaggery with lots of dry fruits n ghee I just make 15ladoos for a week n use to gv my daughter every day at any tym morning breakfast as usual wht most v hv idli or dosa or rava pongal I ll gv her bit but I foucus on afternoon lunch rice egg or fish with leafy veggie curry I use different food for her daily moongdal khichidi I mix any veggie like palak methi sova or any leafy or carrot beans soyachunks n with ghee I use to gv her n in evening raggi poridge or any fingerfood or fruits night daal n I use to soak chapati in it or idli I prefer

Hi Purbasha, you can give three solid like breakfast lunch and dinner focus on green vegetables and cereals.
