hi kyathi as it was most irritating period of pregnancy so many women undergo with nausea vomitings and indigestion so plz try to avoid spicy and junk food eat lo lots of fresh fruits and veggies in ur diet to decrese ur hunger u can have ur food in every 2-3hrs little amount also try to eat dry stuff such as biscuit rusk etc hope these info help u
