diet pattern

my daughter is 2yr old. i want to chnge her diet pattern. what all can I give to her

Hi Etika, now your baby is 2 so she can have everything that a normal person have. Give her three proper solids breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can give rice pulse, chappati mashed in milk or daal, steamed vegetables, oats, daliya, suji, ragi, poha, chilla, curd, buttermilk, fruits, dry fruits, juices.

hi Etika! I understand your worry! u could serve her meals on a high chair placed with the dining table. serve her meals along with other members . make small bites of chapati and let her pick one by one, dip it veggie and Dal and eat. u could also feed her side by side. initially she might not be reluctant , but sooner or later u would get accustomed to it by observing u all. also if u have children in the extended family, let them stay with u for a 3/4 days . serve them their own plates and let her observe this child. she would definitely give it a try by imitating him/her. hope this will be of help to u!
