plz tell me diet plan to lose weight after c section.. tummy fat.. as well body fat.. what foods should take to lose weight

Hi Jaya, how many month it has been? have luke warm water, lemon water early in tge morning , avoid spicy and oily foods, rice, potato, ghee etc. Do some light exercise , walking. if it is 7 month you can start some light exercises, yoga but keep in mind it shouldnot put pressure on your tummy. You can also use abdominal belt.
