Discharge from eyes

some white discharge is coming out from my 4 1/2 month's old baby right eye... eye is sticky.... what to do??

put breast milk directly in her eyes ita super effective.

It is due to blockage of conjunctiva duct. Very common in babies. Nothing to worry. if it is in white then no issues. if it turns yellow then that indicates an infection an DV requires doctor's advice. You can massage your babies eye. you can check YouTube for how to massage. it is conjunctiva eye blockage.

yes consult your pediatrician.. it may be because of heat or infection

Hi Nithi it may be due an eye infection or heat just try cleaning with Luke warm water and then put breast milk in baby's eye two to three times it will be better... if it doesn't reduce consult your pediatrician.... Recently my 4 month old baby had it and i hve nt put any drops for her...

hi Nidhi! please consult your doc ! it could be due to an eye infection as well. nothing much to worry as it easily treatable . follow your doctor's advise.
