drinking habits

hello my daughter is 5 nd 1/2 year old , she doesn't like to drink milk. i tried every brand nd flavoured of milk but she is not interested in it. what should I do so that she can drink milk? as I m pure vegetarian so milk is imp. source of calcium. I gives her milk product like curd , milk oats and cheese but she doesn't have morning or evening milk. is it necessary to give a cup of milk daily to kids. plz suggest me.

hi Prisha Sharma! Calcium is an important nutrient especially during childhood as it makes bones strong. Ca can be taken in any form be it milk or milk products like curd, cheese, paneer , milk based desserts like kheer, custard , meetha Dalia, puddings or even icecreams , shakes , pancakes , malai parantha, or malai kofta with paneer as filling or even paneer pakoras etc. as far as Ca daily intake is sufficient , u need not worry. hope this helps!
