hi Trinayani! how r u! u can soak almonds overnight , in the morning remove the peel and let it dry . u could roast these almonds and cashews and make it to powder form in a grinder. try not to overdo it as these could leave oil. the powder will be coarse and not very fine. .u can store the powder in air tight container.

Manpreet I hope u r not giving almonds with their cover . please soak almonds overnight and u can remove the peel , let it dry and then give it in powdered form. as long as it suits the baby and has no adverse effects , giving a spoonful with everything mixed in moderate amount would be a great idea as dry fruits are packed with energy and many other benefits. tkcare!

hi. giving dry fruit powder to baby is worth enough. for this you do this. take walnut pistachios almonds cashew nuts. dry roast each one separately. separately because each has diff time to get roast some get fast rest take more time. dry roast let them cool and then grind them. don't keep grinding for long time else they will leave there oil. after grinding and mixing add something powder (dry ginger powder) so that it curbs all the gas and do not upsets baby's tummy. like if u taking all thing 100 grams then take it only 5grams. hope u find it informative. and please introduce each single dry fruit for three days for allergy test then start giving this podwer. add it on his milkshakes. purees. porridges.
