Kids doesn't want to have food when they see options around them. It is better to hide all the junk stuff and let him analyze that he is hungry. Give him mausami juice with a pinch of black salt and 1 tbsp sugar. It will improve its appetite. Moreover, make a khichdi with the following ingredients : 1. Rice and masoor (pink) lentil half bowl equal quantity 2. Ghee 2-3 tbsp 3. Black pepper 4 black salt 5 peas, 1 tomato grated 6 ginger grated

hi Eti! please keep Chips and other junk food out of his sight.. or u could stop keeping stock of these at home. share with him adverse effects of having junk food. offer him healthier options. keep his choice in mind and add ingredients of your choice to it.. for Instance make pasta add finely chopped carrot, capsicum, cherry tomatoes, beans, paneer, bell pepper , cheese to it. similarly u could add variety, novelty, color and taste to other dishes. serve him food on dining table . hope this helps!
