Sutapa Kuity most children this age become picky eaters as they get to know more about junk food and so they start preferring it too over healthy food. Do not worry. You can cook whole wheat flour momos with healthy fillings like paneer, and finely chopped veggies. You can also give home made semolina pasta with loads of veggies, spinach green prantha, beetroot pink prantha, dosa or uttapam, vermicelli again with loads of veggies, spinach cottage cheese tikki, cottage cheese cutlets etc
