hi good evening every one, My son 2years 9months old but my son eating raw vegetables and fruits but am giving each and every thing ( that means rice , chapati, ragi juice sweet potato dal ) he likes to eat only white rice raw vegetables directly if it is good or not every two 2 hours what ever am giving am giving whatever he wants to eat but

Hi Shanthi, every raw vegetables is not good as baby may not be able to digest. Cook it well before giving.

hi shanthi.... avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes n vegetables which r prone to being infested by worms like lady's finger n brinjal... rest all vegetables can be had raw.... if u r worried that it's raw... jus par boil them.... n give them to ur kid..... optionally u can try organic vegetables....

sometimes he eats boiled also he eats everything but it depends upon his mood he likes eat everything but he do like this eats today means tomorrow he will not daily I prepare different types of dishes for him every day one special for him

that's common with kids.... u can't help... dey will not be ready to eat similar kind of food everyday.... don't repeat a similar recipe for a week's time.... me awhile he will forget the taste so u can cook again... n instead of rice everyday try giving him something different like sooji upma or broken wheat upma.. or paratha... that way he will not get bored too
