malumbo during winter this is a common problem with the child having a dry skin ..you can apply olive oil or deep moisturising cream or a lotion while massaging the baby's back ...apply oil or cream to the whole body after lukewarm water bath... Don't use hot water and also take your baby to the doctor, skin specialist.. especially for Eczema ...don't give any medicine on your own ...please take advice of your doctor

Helo malumbo eczema is caused because of the dry skin. Normally baby's skin tends to loss moisture fast and in the winter season it becomes more worse. You can apply warm pure coconut oil and give a good massage. You can give massage twice a day if baby is having very dry skin. And make sure after every bath you apply a good brand moisturizer which suits your baby dry skin. If it is not giving results or become very dry better consult your pediatrician they will suggest a better moisturizer and cream to reduce the eczema

You can try Bioderma atoderm cleansing bar, it doesnot allow skin to get dry as it has 24h hydrating capability and has patent technology with dermatologically tested and it prevents allergies too. This soap is ultra-nourishing and keeps baby skin soothing and moistures.
