Im facing issues with low supply. I am trying all possible methods to increase my supply. I have heard that pumping helps. Is it true? And which pump expresses more milk-electric or manual?

hi Anjana varghese ! breast stimulation increases milk production.. have skin to skin contact with ur baby. the more u feed ,the better will be the milk production. also have a balanced nutritious diet, relax, sleep well and spare sometime for yourself too. if u have to buy breast pump,go in for electric ones..
