Hi can anybody give ideas for evening veg snacks for a teenage boy

Thanks a lot . he is quite skinny and needs to gain some weight too.....

Hi Archana, you can make a fruit smoothie or fruit chart -- both are healthy, nutritious and quite filling. You may also make fruit cream for your boy. Avoid anything that is fried at this age as it may create some skin problems like acne or pimples. However you make khandavi -- a steamed dish full of nutrition.
