i just wanted to discuss abt my kid.. she is overstressed due to exams

Exam stress is very common among kids and teens. We as parent should take care to avoid such condition beforehand. Nutritious diet,Ample sleep,Smart revision,Breaks during study are some of the measures taken to avoid such situations.

hi Nirmal Singh ! I do understand your concerns. help her by finding out portions she hasn't touched upon uptil now.. if she needs help with those, take help of her tutor or a senior or anyone who could clarify her concepts.. make her schedule and divide subjects so that she could touch upon two subjects at least in a day and begin with revision. keep half an hour break between two subjects in which she could relax, go for a stroll, or talk to u. math should be practiced daily.. make sure she sleeps early and wakes up early as well.. let her know u r with her throughout.. motivate her and praise her for her efforts.. give her timed test papers to solve everyday and get those checked. regular evaluation would take our her exam fear and would also let her know about areas in which she needs more clarification.. here is a blog u would find useful.
