Hi Rupashree! Your daughter is going through a difficult phase. There is still lots of time, support her, talk to her, sit with her in between while she is studying, let her regain confidence with your love and care. If you are working , I would advise you to take off from work for few days just to be with her and to motivate her. set a routine for her, divide course in such a manner that important topics are covered first, Help her revise things, practice through sample papers within a stipulated time period. Do's and Dont's advisable for u: tell her u r with her no matter what. Let her know Marks are not important as more will be the pressure from parents side , more will be her stress levels and thereby leading to poor performance. Give her nutritious healthy snacks and meal. Hug her at least once in a day, shower your love on her. Don't discuss future as this will aggravate her anxieties. Help her focus and work hard in a planned way. keep a track of what she has been doing. Let her take breaks by going out with her or letting her do what she likes after every few hours. The more relaxed she will feel, the better will be her performance. Avoid comparing her with friends / siblings/cousins/classmates. Be her strength Rupashree,I am sure she would manage things well. Hope this helps!
