Which type of exercise I can do during pregnancy.

shwetabansal, walking is the safest. Also, do not start on any new activity such as swimming etc. , if your body is not already used to it, otherwise swimming is good. You can also do yoga, but under supervision of a trained professional who knows how about dealing with pregnant women.

shwetabansal, yoga is the best for both mind and body, but do it with a proper yoga teacher who knows pregnancy yoga. besides that deep breathing exercises and walking is good. you can also check with your doctor and hospitals where they hold special classes for pregnancy.

Hi Shweta, I think your gynecologist would be the right person to answer this question or a trained yoga instructor who knows which asanas are safe for pregnant ladies and which are not. Otherwise like Surabhi has suggested walking is the best option. Please do not do anything on your own. Take care
