My son is 6yrs n his optical left eye no. is-3 cylindrical and right eye is-2. how can I reduce it and also his diet control

Hi dear, You can add lot of green leafy vegetables in your child's diet, iron rich food elements help in recovering and don't let him strain eyes much.
