Fatigue and laziness

Pregnancy

I am 9 weeks pregnant and I am a working professional. I could manage both my house chores and office work nicely before pregnancy. But, ever since I am pregnant, I just don't feel like entering the kitchen or doing any work at home. Is there anything I can do to get my energy back and become as activeas I was before?

Hi Priyanka, pregnancy induces hormonal changes in our body and hence we need to take balanced diet. In addition you don't have to do everything at one go keep taking small breaks so that your body gets rested.

Feeling tired during pregnancy is normal.. i wud like to suggest u to get some helper.. maid or cook for household work.. as during pregnancy u need proper rest too .. be active but dnt stress ur body. Going for work is enough excercise for body.. keep calm n enjoy this phase. Happy pregnancy.

Feeling tired is normal in early pregnancy priyanka , also its a signal that ur body needs rest. I feel u shld listen to ur body and take proper rest. I have done d same in my first trimstr and in second one.. worked like a robot as I was high on my energy levels. Don't work beyond ur limits, take help and rest adequately. That is more imp now rather than doing chores.

Have the food rich in anti oxidants like tomato, Apple, blueberries etc. If you have good appetite then you will become fresh.
