My baby is 4 months old and i suppose to go office. please sugges me diet plan for ma baby as i will not be able to feed him

It is suggested that atleast 6 months u shud breastfeed the baby.. but u r wrkng... so u can strt with formula milk.. like nestle nan pro1.. lactogen.. farex.. any of these.. or u can pump out ur breast milk n feed him.

To increse breastmilk drink shatavari kalp wid milk.. eat jeera powder 1 spoon.. frst roast jeera(cumin seeds) thn grind it
