feed intake problem

Hello dr. my baby is 3mnth old. initially til 1mnth he was completly on my milk. but he started crying too much so i used top feed. but he is not drinking milk with spoon nor with bottle. he drinks 1 or 1. 5 oz at interval of 2hrs sometimes 3 to 4 hrs then he stops sucking bottle. plz tell me ny solution. my milk is not sufficient for him. he feels hungry but does not drink milk instead he licks his hand cloth finger. his weight is 4. 7kg .how much he should take per feed .

he used to drink 1mnth but from last 8to9 days he is decreasing quantity of milk. dr says he is f9. but he is not taking feed more than 1 .5 scoop. aat interval of 3 to 4 hrs. is this feed sufficient for him. he is ready to take my milk all the time. which is not sufficient.
