Hello Kajal, BREAKFAST : you can give chapati and vegetables /2 small idlies /ragi porridge /1 masala dosa at around 8:30 to 9 a. m. Then you can give a glass of milk at around 10:30 a. m. LUNCH: boiled rice, daal and vegetables and a chunk of butter and a boiled egg or a small piece of fish or chicken / khichdi at around 12 o'clock EVENING SNACKS : fruits chaat of bananas, papaya, chikoo etc at around 5 pm. You can give another glass of milk at around 6:30 pm. DINNER : Keep it comparatively lighter than lunch... so rice, daal, vegetables, butter / upper layer of roti and milk/khichdi etc. My son has a habit of drinking milk just before going to the bed. So l don't give milk in the morning or evening. On the other hand l give a boiled egg at around 10:30 am and a small piece of fish in the evening at around 6:30 pm. There are some food items that are very good for gaining weight : 1)ragi 2)potatoes 3)ghee/butter 4)egg yolk 5)daal 6)ripe bananas. ..etc. PLEASE CONSULT A GOOD PEDIATRICIAN FOR A PROPER DIET CHART FOR YOUR BABY. DON'T GIVE ANY FOOD TO YOUR CHILD WITHOUT ASKING YOUR CHILD'S PEDIATRICIAN.
