my daughter is 1 year old and doesn't want to eat any food apart from porridge and can foods is that okay?

Hi Sarah Tetteh ! It's advisable to add variety, as baby might miss on other important nutrients by having same dish everyday. Introduce a new dish, try it for few days . To begin with consider even 3-4 spoons a success. Serve meals on dining table with other family members as baby would learn to eat watching others . Also gradually u could stop making special dishes for your baby and serve whatever u cook for others.

Hi Sarah Tetteh .. try to give new dish everyday and make them attractive aslike you make fruit shapes and make smoothies and you can also give finger food which they can eat easily

You can try fruit purees by making a paste in the grinder. Or you can also try Minute Maid's Wholefrüt and its a perfect fruit puree that my kid also enjoys.
