Hi ,M having 2 months baby boy m using Shatavari kalpa powder 3 table spoons thrice a day in milk. U can also get Shatavari kalpa liquid form like honey even that can mix in a milk 2 table spoons which available in Ayurveda shops. Instead of buffalo milk follow cow milk regularly. Lactare tablets twice a day available in pharmacy care. It has no side effects Lactare tablets are available in pharmacy shops

Hey I suggest you check with your doctor before taking any tablets. You can also opt for a comfortable breast pump. Breastfeeding is linked to emotions. You must read this blog to know more - https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/breastfeedingwhat-you-need-to-know/763

I m facing same problem like shubanghi . That too my baby was born premature .My gyneic suggested me to use lactare tablets if not sufficient. M expressing milk through breast pump and feeding him thru bottle as he is not having direct breast feeding due to sore nipples .Once in a day m feeding him formula milk due to insufficient amount of milk.
