feeding

Hi. my baby is 1 month old and I'm breastfeeding her. but as milk is not sufficient I'm feeding her with powder milk as well with NAN twice a day. Is it OK to continue?

Hi it's good if you breastfeed exclusively to your baby till 6 months as it improves immunity and food for ur baby.. Have food which induce ur milk like fenugreek, fennel seeds, greens, garlic, fish..

Hi sujatha thats ok to feed formula feed too but keep 80-20ratio.. try to breast feed more

ur doc suggested to give formula milk ah or else don give ....u breastfeed ...more feeding will improve production.... use breast pumb n pumb frequently

i dnt knw insuffecient milk proble is true or not. bec i had same problem. i did both pump n gave breastfeed n formula feed to my baby. bec sabaka ko lagata tha insuffecient milk problem hai. but after that slowly slowly she used to formula feed. she refused to take breastmilk. n pump kitana bhi karo pura din milk baby ke liye enough nahi hi ata. so i think u try breastfeed only if possible. ask doctors.

if she is urinating min 10 times a day.. without formula feed.. then she is getting enough Brest milk
