hi priyanka! pls don't worry. best part is that pregnancy has been healthy and you are doing fine. remember, your baby shall gain weight post birth as well. take it fwd without stress and all would turn out to be well. Best wishes to you for the delivery and we would wait eagerly to know once the baby arrives. take care

Hi Priyanka, Please add dates, protien (chicken, egg), soaked dry fruits, 1 boiled potato, 2 glasses milk, paneer, 3 portion of fruits, if vegetarian add 3 portion of veggies and bettroot, lassi, add some carbs. Have suji halwa if no gestational diabetes and stop worrying. In last weeks whatever you eat adds to baby weight.

hi akansha sharma dubey ! please get blood tests done at regular intervals so as to keep thyroid levels under control. it does have a lot of impact on foetal mental as well as overall growth.. u might find this blog useful . https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/what-if-getting-pregnant-with-thyroid-precautions-and-treatment/3502?ptref=sa0l0000ja102pa
