Hello Parents, my daughter is 4 years old and she gets fever almost every alternate week from past month , is it due to frequent weather change? I do not want to keep her under medication please suggest what ways I should follow to improve her immunity.

Hi Ayushi ! I agree with Anurima! Please see a pediatrician for recurrent episodes of fever. fever is always a sign of underlying problem. N not a problem in itself. Hope she is fine soon!

Hi Ayushi, you could focus some more on her diet. Ensure she gets a good diet that includes nuts, seeds, fruits etc. all things that build immunity. also give her enough exercise by taking her outdoors. you could also check with your paediatrician on some immunity-boosting supplements.

Dear Ayushi, its better to check with the doctor if she is getting fever so frequently. How high is the temperature usually? You could give her juice of tulsi, mixed with ginger and honey. It's good for fever, cough and cold.
