hi my son is 8 years old he always got fight between his age group or no one is playing with him and the kids tell him u will not play with us. as he always want to do in his own ways don't listen and due to that he not able to build up understanding with his peer group or kids . suggest how to make him understand the adjustment with others.

hi Shruti Jhamb! I understand your concerns! the child doesnt realize this he is being too dominating . to make him politely understand this, u need to do role plays with him where u can pretend to be him and he can play the part of the friend. make sure u do it in such a subtle manner that the message is passed on but it doesn't hurt him emotionally. also u could do mock drills where u could teach him appropriate behavior in a group setting. hope this will be of help to u!
