hi Rashmi sasane ! u could narrate stories which have the moral' sharing is caring.. '', be a good role model yourself, also she could donate her toys , books, clothes with poor and the needy. put her in community service programmes and she would gradually learn the good deed.. here is a blog u would find useful.
