Hi Chithra RamaChandran ! If pain is unbearable then please consult your doctor. Do not get up putting pressure on your stomach, rather put pressure on legs. Stiffness could be due to increasing size of fetus. do not worry. Have a nutritious diet and take ample rest. Maintain hydration. please read this blog you might find it useful Chithra RamaChandran :

Hi Chithra RamaChandran ! Little pit pain is normal in stomach and lower abdomen. Lie down by left side. Take deep breath for a while. If you face so much problem then you should consult gynecologist. Don't sit for long, if you feel uneasiness lie down and same don't walk a long, if you feel tired then take rest. Dont take stress. Relax. Take care.

No need to worry or afraid. When you feel stiffness do walk for a while you will feel better. And keep busy yourself so that your attention does not go into these things.

Not an issue Chithra RamaChandran . Its is very common because day by day your baby weight is gaining and uterus is also expand so all the pressure is to into the lower belly and vagina too. Take rest. If you feel more pain then you should consult to your doctor.
