Flu vaccination

We live in Bangalore. My toddler is 2. 3 year old. he is having frequent cough n cold. from last week he suffered from indigestion also. my Doctor suggest flu vaccine for My baby. is it safe to go for vaccination?

my toddler is 15 months old she is having flu what should i give her in meal becoz she is not eating anything becoz of her flu
