Hi My 4 yr old son is having blocked nose since yesterday. He had shivering last night for 5 minutes and a slight fever. Now he seems to be okay and active. Can i feed fish fry during this time. pl let me know. Thanks

hi sravanthi! if he seems fine and u think he will be able to digest it, go for it.. or else u could wait for a day or two for him to springback to normalcy. here is a blog u would find useful!Hey! Hello saravanti,u can give him light food like dalia,khichadi with little Hing. you can give him daal with roti mashed in it. as he will feel better you can give him some oily food also.
