Hi. My son has completed six months n im giving him mashed banana n pureed dal chawal but he don't take much interest in eating dal chawal. Please suggest me what else can i give him n please tell me what should be the feeding chart for six months baby

You can roast the dal and chawal and make a powder.. cook it and then try feeding it to your baby.. also you can give apple puree, ragi to your baby.. introduce fruit juices too... make sure to keep a gap of 3-4 days between starting new foods.. and you can start with 1-2 times a day and gradually increase to 3-4 times a day..

My baby is 6. 5 months old. He won't eat bland or salty food... only sweet with a flavour of milk. So either I add a natural sweetner like a fruit or I give him food mixed with milk... he takes these readily... so dal chawal your baby may not eat now... no need to worry. it is natural.. :)

If i want to make daliya for him which milk should i use. M milk supply is very low so wht is the alternate option

HI renu, you can try boiled grinded carrot, daliya, khichadi with veggies and then grind it, boiled grinded apple, banana, pear, I even tried oats. But atleast once consult pedc, as it helps a lot to understand child digestive system and also you can ask food chart for your baby.
