U can start with boiled Dal water, rice water, vegetable stock.. initially introduce single item for 4 days i. e. you are following 4 day rule. Once, you see that the child is non allergic to the particular item you can mix and match and make various items from the ingredients which you have already given to your child. Don't add salt or sugar at this stage to the recipe you make. Let the recipe be running consistency initially n gradually make it semi solid in nature. Start with veggies first followed by fruit.. this leads to acceptance of taste by the kids.

hi, now babies digestive system was getting ready to digest the solid foods. now u can introduce mashed banana, apple boiled n mashed, boiled and mashed potatoes... u can go for 4 day test one after another to check the allergic food for baby n digestion capacity, for every 4hours breastfeed is imp. and introduce a lunch at once a day by preparing like this - dry fry rice n dal cool it and grind as powder. that powdered ravva take in a bowl and add some water kept aside for 1hr after one hr take small quantity of water in a cooking bowl boil that water, when water was boiling add this mix to that water cook them up-to the mix become slightly thicker. after cooling feed ur baby. some patience and should be imp in babies feeding. cerelac only once in a day in starting days. I'm also a mother of 9months baby. my husband n me taking care of my son.
