I am feeding lactogen 2 .. jus consult Ur pediatrician before starting formula milk.. For sooji porridge,Dry roast sooji slightly for 1mn In a pressure cooker add the 1:3 cups of water . Add the roasted sooji slowly to the water and mix without lumps. After the sooji is 1/2 cooked, mix it continuously to prevent lump formation , turn the stove into simmer . close the cooker with lid and allows to make 1 whistle. serve as per the baby's taste by adding milk and little sugar to make it more runny/pinch of salt.

homemade rice cerelac Take steam/parboiled rice and wash it well. Dry it under the shade until the rice dried completely. Take the dried rice in a pan and dry roast in low flame until it is hot to touch and little puffy. Switch off the flame. Grind the rice in a mixer to a little coarse powder. Cool it down and store in a airtight container.
