Food schedule

Could someone share food schedule for 19 months baby ? How much need to give every time ? How much GAP need to give ? Cos sometimes I am afraid that my baby vomit due to short GAP feeding time .. Could share the food schedule and quantity please ?

Hi Rako , At 7/8 o'clock give breakfast : half bowl sabudana/ cerelac/ suji/oats/ daliya. 10 o'clock give some fruit or puree, boiled vegetables, fruits. 12. 30 -1 Give lunch of rice pulse ,and one vegetables or chappati mashed in milk or daal/ khichdi/ curd rice. 2-2. 30 some juices, 4. 30-5 some snacks like upma/chilla/poha/ ragi porridge .6- 7 you can give milk. 8. 30- 9 o'clock give dinnerof chappati daal/ stuffed parathas. Dont force , let her eat whatever amount she wants. Engage her in play and then feed.

Thanks for recipe .. usually my baby take 2-3 spoons of food and stop .. if I give him then he ll vomit .. Donno what's wrong .. doc say that cud be over feeding .. but 2-3 spoons not enough na

ya 2-3 spoon is not sufficient, give small bites of food. keep at least 2 hrs gap if she is refusing leave her for sometime then try again.
