while traveling in train for about 24 hours. what food can we carry which will be easy to carry and healthy too.

You can carry fruits, dry snacks like pakoras, chillas, idli, homemade cake and cookies, Parantha, roti wraps, etc. Do carry a small squizy bottle of hand wash and sanitizer like Dettol . Have an extra pack of wet wipes and tissues to clean the hands and mouth if your kid's. It is important to take care of hygiene too during travelling.
