Hi Shruthi, you can give food like stuffed paratha of cheese,paneer, potato etc, daliya,suji porridge,ragi porridge, kichdi, chawal dal, roti, pancakes, idli, dosa, uthappam. Focus on giving a healthy and balanced diet, include dry fruits and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
