Hi Priyadarsini, you can give your child three solids like breakfast,lunch and dinner can include oats,kichdi,mashed chapati with milk or dal,upma,idli and dosa and in between serve fruits and milk make sure you add lots of green vegetables when you cook oats and kichdi.
