My daughter is 7 years , she do not eats vegetable, her preferable food is only dal rice. she is quite thin

hi Rain Kharade! my elder one doesn't like eating vegetables. I have adopted a different approach with her . I tell her to decide the dish and ingredients will be of my choice. . this way we both are satisfied and happy.. Rain finely chop all the vegetables and parboil these and u can incorporate these in each and every dish u make be it pasta, pizza, upma, poha, idli, pulao, raita, uttapam , paranthas, Dalia, pongal etc. don't forget to hide these with a layer of melted cheese wherever visible. hope this helps!

You can try making soups with all veggies. Boil all with potato. then mash it and add little milk and make soup. Add butter etc if you daughter likes. If non vegetarian, try adding chicken also. This tastes good and sure she will eat. try making fried rice also with finely chopped veggies
