soak sabudana for 1-2 hours ,In case of big size sabudana otherwise wash it properly; boil milk add sabudaana and stir continuously, add suger/ jaggery to taste. Make sure that it is well cooked ( you can touch to check). Add some dry fruits powder and serve at room temperature. you can also make sabudane ki khichdi by adding pulse and salt instead of milk and suger.
