my child's are very weak in not taking food properly

Hi Prachi, you can give oats, daliya, ragi porridge, suji kheer or upma these can be given both in solid and semi solid form and salty and sweet. you can also give moong daal khichdi, chappati mashed in milk or daal, mashed rice and potato, papaya, banana mashed in milk. Include at least two fruits daily and dryfruits. As summer is on give some juices extracted at home like pomegranate, watermelon, grapes, oranges, chikoo juices. Give adequate amount of water. Engage him and then feed. make his playtime as mealtime . you can give him pictorial books , blocks to join or recite rhymes and then feed. divert him while feeding.
