Hi Asvini, i will tell you how i prepare cerelac and my daughter is 2 years 10 month and still her first food in morning is home made cerelac. take 2cups of wheat and poha, 1 cup of rice. Wash rice and wheat properly and dry in sun. Roast these three stuffs separately and grind it till it comes in powder form. Store in an airtight jar. Whenever required take1-2 spoon of the powder and cook it with milk add little suger for taste, keep stirring to avoid lumps. after the consistency is ready mix half spoon of powdered dry fruits in it mix well and serve. Its healthy, easy to digest, and easy to cook.

Asvini this may help you.. it is Aval, Avalakki, Chiura, Chuda, Poha, beaten rice. Flattened rice (also called beaten rice) is an indori rice which is flattened into flat light dry flakes. These flakes of rice swell when added to liquid, whether hot or cold, as they absorb water, milk or any other
