Hi Sonam, both is good it depends on your baby what he willingly takes and able to digest.

if the baby is more than 6 months... then introduce cow's milk it's easily available... fresh milk much better than giving preserve or formula you say..

similac advance is good and its available abroad too. but in the comments i read someone suggesting cows milk. as per present pediatricians recommendation, kindly avoid cows milk untill 1 yr to avoid potential allergens. you can use formula milk in supplement of breastmilk but not as a substitute of it.
