hi Abhilasha Kushwah! yes I do understand your concerns, it's indeed frustrating to keep on waiting till the time your child finishes her meals . its advisable to serve meals to your child along with others on the dining table. avoid serving on bed. make sure she has nothing around to distract her such as gadgets, TV etc. keep reminding her politely in between. give her a reward or a smiley if she eats faster. also praise her , let others clap for her . also please have a look at this blog. hope u will find it useful! Hey! I find this Parenting blog really interesting. I suggest you have a look too: https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/feeding-your-child-dos-and-donts/2401?ptref=sa0l000030g01up

Abhilasha I am sorry if all this hasnt worked for u. try inviting cousins or agemates at home, whom she would love to imitate. or send her to their house for few days . hopefully she would learn there. or u could also have meals along with her and show her how to feed herself. patience , praise and persistent efforts might work wonders in this case. make meal times happy family time. associate meals with fun. avoid scolding her as that would make her further averse to food. hope this will be of help to u!
