I have two children's.. Venkat 9 years old.. Varun 5 years ...as per age Venkat weight is okay.. bt Varun seems to be weak.. to get strong enough I need some more tips

hi Sridevi Suresh! how r u doing! try giving full cream milk, add generous serving of ghee to his Dal and paranthas, u could try giving tofu, home made paneer, add seasonal fruits and vegetables which will help improve his immunity. add variety to his meals as children get bored quickly. please ensure that the dish is of his choice and ingredients yours. stuff your dishes with finely chopped veggies. also try desserts with fruits in it. hope this helps!
